Description: This is a great easy ride for the whole family. Meander along the Deschutes River out to Benham Falls where you will take in a pretty spectacular waterfall. The ride is mixed use so you will see hikers and the occasional horse. There are two short steep sections where you will hike-a-bike. Other than that it is a very casual ride.

We suggest parking at the Lava Island Trailhead.  It is a fee area. 

Please be courteous to the hikers and also please stop your bikes and let the horses pass, if you encounter any.
