Opened on December 4, 1989, our Bend Westside location is the third oldest bike shop in town and is legendary in the mountain bike community. It is an easy 3.1 mile ride straight to Phil's Trail Complex for some epic Bend mountain biking. It is also just one block from the Deschutes River and Drake Park so you can access Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District with ease. And if you want some epic road riding, start from the store, and you have easy access to the ride up to Mt. Bachelor. Or out east to the China Hat area to gravel ride, or north to Sisters.
Because of our location, renting a bike from us is convenient no matter where you want to go. Whether it is to the mountain bike trails, cruising around town, crushing an amazing road or gravel ride, or simply taking a family-friendly ride with the kiddos. We are your one-stop-shop for all things bicycles in Bend, Oregon.

RENTAL/DEMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bicycle rentals are charged per 24 hour period.
- Please note your drop-off time when making your reservation. If it is beyond 24 hours from pick-up time, you will be charged for an additional 24 hours.

Bend Stores: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Redmond Store: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Please abide by these time as we need to open and close our stores in a timely manner. Thank you.
A valid credit card is needed to secure your reservation. Your will be charged 100% of the reservation amount at time of reservation. We will hold your credit card information to also cover any cancellation fees, extra charges (damage, etc.).
All cancellations can be made-up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time via our website by logging in with the information you provided when reserving your bicycle. Or simply call the location where you planned to pick up your bicycle and they can help you.
24 hours and over = No cancellation fee
24 hours or less = 100% of rental fee
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS
Customer agrees that Customer will return the Equipment in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted, and free of flat tires, broken spokes, broken or bent wheel rims, damaged frames, handlebars, seats, or other parts. The Customer agrees to be responsible for the repair and/or replacement of all lost, stolen, or damaged Equipment and broken parts whether caused by the Customer or others. Damaged parts or components will be repaired and/or replaced at the shop’s discretion, and Customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Customer will be responsible for the retail cost of all lost or stolen Equipment.
