Every Bicycle We Sell Includes

  • 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want every rider to find their perfect bike. If, within 30 days, your new bike doesn't completely thrill you, we'll exchange it for a credit toward another bike. The bike must be in new or like new condition to receive full credit. 

  • Professional Assembly: Every bike we sell is assembled and tuned in-house by our professional mechanics and backed by a full manufacture’s warranty, so you can feel confident when you head out for a ride. 

  • Free 90 Day Tune Up: It’s normal for a new bike to need some re-adjusting after the first few rides, so your first tune-up is on us! Come see us within the first 90 days and we’ll get your bike rolling like new again. 

  • In-Store Discounts: Once you’ve picked the perfect bike, get the rest of your supplies too! On the day you buy your bike we’ll discount all additional parts, accessories and clothing by 10%.

  • Bicycle rentals + demos are charged per 24-hour period. 

  • Please note your drop-off time when making your reservation. If it is beyond 24 hours from pick-up time, you will be charged for an additional 24 hours.

  • Please abide by these times, as we need to open and close our stores in a timely manner.  Thank you.

  • BICYCLE RESERVATIONSA valid credit card is needed to secure your reservation and you will be charged 100% of the reservation amount at the time of reservation. We will hold your credit card information to also cover any cancellation fees, extra charges (damage, etc.)

  • CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellations can be made-up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time. This can be done by simply calling us and we can help you.

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: Customer agrees that they will return the equipment in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear accepted, and free of flat tires, broken spokes, broken or bent wheel or wheels, damaged frames, handlebars, seats, or other parts. Customer agrees that if they use the bike for any type of race, they are 100 percent responsible for any and all damages that occur while racing. Demos and rentals intended use is for recreational purposes or to try before you buy, not for racing. The customer agrees to be responsible for the repair and/or replacement of all lost, stolen, or damaged equipment and broken parts whether caused by the customer or others. Damaged parts or components will be repaired and/or replaced at the shop’s discretion, and customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Customer will be responsible for the retail cost of all lost or stolen equipment.

  • All returns and exchanges must have a receipt for a full refund.

  • CLOTHING/PARTS/ACCESSORIES: Can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, unworn, in original packaging and/or original tags attached.

  • SPECIAL ORDERS (Normal Product Line): Items special ordered that are part of our normal product line may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase unused and in its original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee for special order returns.

  • SPECIAL ORDERS (One-Offs and Specialty Items): Items special ordered that are one-offs or specialty items and are not part of our regular inventory or product line are not returnable.  A 30% deposit is required at the time the order is placed.

Demo Credit Towards Purchase

  • You can apply up to 2 Demo + Rental credits towards the purchase of a new bicycle.                                                          

  • Demo + Rental credits must be used within one year of Demo + Rental date.

  • Demo + Rental credits apply to like or similar bikes.

Bicycle Service Guarantee

  • At Hutch’s, we take pride in the services we provide and the work that we do. If it is not 100% up to your satisfaction, please let us know because we’d like to fix it.

Price Matching

  • We gladly match the price of any of our local competitors. Please ask!

  • Price matching only applies to identical items that are currently in stock


  • All warranty claims are determined by our manufactures. Hutch’s bicycles does not decide what constitutes as a warranty. We will ask but in the end our manufacturers decide.

  • With warranties fees for labor and shipping may apply. We will not do any work that has not been approved by the customer.

  • Warranty claims can be a timely process. We try to process them as quickly as possible but please be patient. It can take up to 6 weeks to process a warranty.

In Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
